ECPYouth conference - Economic crisis explained.

Turning debt into equity - Dr. Paul Mills ECPYouth, PerspectieF and SGPJ wish to invite you a regional conference held in Amsterdam (the Netherlands) on 27 and 28 November, 2015. One of the key note speakers at the ECPYouth Summer School is coming to the Netherlands. Dr. Paul Mills from the IMF is going to help us understand the challenges European economies are facing due to our debt centered societies.

Never really understood wat happened during the economic crisis these last few years? Just heard about giving Greece new loans again and again? Ever wondered how dry economic statistics can be interesting? How can cancelling debts be a solution to build towards sustainable economies?


ECPYouth, PerspectieF and SGPJ wish to invite you a regional conference held in Amsterdam (the Netherlands) on 27 and 28 November, 2015. One of the key note speakers at the ECPYouth Summer School is coming to the Netherlands. Dr. Paul Mills from the IMF is going to help us understand the challenges European economies are facing due to our debt centered societies.


Join a diverse and engaging program! Besides listening to great lectures about a Biblical and relational perspective on debt, interaction will be key during this regional conference. On Friday evening, a social event and dinner will be hosted to get to know each other better. On Saturday afternoon, a simulation game will take place to interact with the knowledge we gained during the day and get a hands-on experience in making policy decisions.


When: Friday 27 November (registration opens at 15:00 – program starts at 17:00) and Saturday 28 November (program ends around 18:00).

Registration fee (excluding travel costs): 40 euros - Friday and Saturday including accommodation, 25 euros - only Saturday
